Simply put, we engage with you on a retained or project basis to address your requirements with you as a Business Partner.  

The start and end point can be variable, we are not like the big consultancies and do not impose a “one size fits all” strategy.


Your investment can be based on a weekly or daily rate (depending on project duration), or perhaps linked to the value of the project or savings targeted from the project. 
We are able to offer imaginative pricing approaches that suit both parties, yet reflect the outcome you’re seeking.

As we’re senior folk, we are able to integrate quickly with your team yet do not require high levels of management or maintenance.  We strike a great balance between acting as “consultants” to see the wood from the trees and taking an active interest in the ongoing solution.  Too often, consultants define a solution then don’t stick around long enough to see whether it worked or not.  At Pharma Partnering we want to be asked back time and time again so our approach is refreshingly different, honest and transparent.


In a practical sense, we provide core skills as an adjunct to your own bandwidth and team:

Solution requirements facilitation - to help drive business and IT/IS alignment

Documentation – to enable clear procurement, selection and evaluation

RFI/RFP/Procurement processes – to supplement or complement your procurement or legal team who may not have the technical knowledge or time to assist when you need them to

Supplier negotiations – as a previous solution provider we know the game inside out and can leverage this to your advantage

Contract and Statement of Work agreement – to get the project up and running in a legally compliant sense

Project Management – we get the implementation plan and checkpoints set up so you can clearly envisage the outcomes
