Not all organisations have the relative luxury of employing full-time IT/IS Business Partners to engage with their stakeholders and the solution provider universe, but they all need solutions none the less.  This gets even more difficult with the onset of digital solutions and consolidation in the marketplace, hence why it can be tricky for procurement and business teams to remain “up to speed”.  Even with these resources in place, it isn’t always the way that people are available or knowledgeable exactly when the project needs addressing.  This can especially be true at local affiliate level, where the team are often juggling multiple global and local projects.


Our team, led by Jason Bryant has many years’ experience client-side and also working in consulting and solution provider companies.  
More often than not, our team’s time has been spent responding to “RFI” and “RFP” proposals for commercial operations 
solutions, whether consulting, services or software focused.  It is in our interests to know the marketplace and maintain professional networks.

Our  engagement model is extremely flexible not to mention highly agile.  With very short “on-boarding” lead times, clients can engage precisely where and how they prefer.  If your requirement is for a full project manager approach, then we’ll engage “end to end” ensuring complete accountability, transparency and a true outcomes focus.  The first steps in the process are typically concerned with gaining a true picture of the situation, options, expectations and likely opportunities to meet the requirements from the marketplace, (this can be internal as well as 3rd party), in the timeframe needed.  We also examine the likely business processes in detail (procurement, IT, business) to ensure the project can run unhindered and deliver the expected results in the timeframe.





Following the initial steps and a short review of progress made so far, the next steps in the process relate to all aspects of deployment, starting with “proof of concepts” or “pilots” and complete with a contracted deployment across relevant user communities / affiliates / regions.  Handover can focus on internal or 3rd party resources depending on the nature of solution deployed.  Software as a Service “SaaS” solutions typically include operational aspects within the contract whereas in-house or customised approaches usually need an owner in terms of internal departments or teams to run them.  In most cases we advocate a pilot approach, if only to drive clarity and alignment on the expectations compared to reality.
